Dananananaykroyd are a six-piece indie-rock band from Glasgow, Scotland. The band describe their sound as 'fight pop' and have been compared to everyone from Pavement and Glassjaw to Sonic Youth. They are often talked about for their infamous 'wall of cuddles' which takes place during their live shows. Their debut album 'Hey Everyone' was released in early 2009 and included the single 'Some Dresses' and 'Black Wax'.

Dananananaykroyd have had support from Radio 1, XFM, 6 Music, BBC Introducing, MTV, E4 Music, NME TV and Topshop TV amongst others. They have supported the Kaiser Chiefs, Foals and Eagles of Death Metal and played Lovebox, SxSW, T in the Park and Reading & Leeds amongst others.
